Hello again,

I hope everyone is keeping well and safe during the extended lockdown.

Many of us are now working from home and for the majority, it’s a totally new concept of how we are connecting with people and trying to continue to do business. There has been lots of talk on social media about what the effects of the pandemic will have on our lives in the future and how our perspective on various things in life will change for good.

I personally would like to see the positives continue long after lockdown has finished and we return to normality – spending more time with family at home, going for walks, valuing everybody in society more and generally just trying to be kinder. From a business perspective, the talk is whether the way we work or do business will continue as we are now, working remotely more often, using technology more to connect with people. Whilst we are grateful for technology and we should embrace it, the below article suggests that there is no better way than meeting face to face in order to build relationships and make sales.
